In Science, only 4 students took the opportunity to re-write their science vocab test for Chapter 1and 2 last Thursday.  This week we will be going up to the Science Room to look at our food decompositions under the Microscopes.  Each of the students should now have decided on an ecosystem report or project to complete outside of class time.  They may be working individually, or in groups to educate others about our topic "humans interactions with the ecosystem"

In Socials, here are some of the Spear projects that came in.  All projects needed to have a self assessment sheet turned in as part of the mark.  Notice the great shapes and use of natural materials to secure the spear heads to the shafts.

In Math today, the Grade 7 boys have to create 1 number line for 2 different questions on addition of integers.  Wednesday is the last review day for those needing a retest, and Thursday is the Chapter 1 retest.

In English today, the class had time to work on their good copy of the Cave Art story, or work on their fakebook (Fake Facebook) assignment for Touching Spirit Bear

In PE, today was the last day of Road Hockey, with those students going inside on Thursday for 3 days of Basketball.  Those people who were playing Basketball will be going to Mr. Martin's class for work out videos on Yoga, and Hip Hop Abs.
